Hi ArtFoamie Fans!!
Thanks BUNCHES for stopping by the blog today to check out my
Valentine Day Cards.
OH THE FUN I had putting these cards of LOVE together.
I began my creative journey with a piece of collaged paper
using various pieces parts.
I pulled out a jar of White Gesso and painted my collaged paper.
When dry, I dropped Cupcake Glimmer Glam
onto the surface using a pipette.
I then lightly spritzed with water to help spread the color.
When I was happy I dried the color.
Then I ran a Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink pad
over the paper and spritzed with water and dried.
Next, I brayered paint onto my ArtFoamies…
Art by Marlene ~ Heart of Heart
Balzer Designs ~ Writer’s Block
and let the stamping begin!!!
Here are closeups of the NEW paper!
I then pulled out a piece of wallpaper and applied a layer of White Gesso.
Using the Heart of Heart stamp
I stamped onto the wallpaper.
I then cut the NEW paper into 4 x 6 pieces and let the card creating begin.
I used my ‘Tovers papers. What is that you might say….
It’s the papers created by stamping off,
braying off and being used as a paint palette as accents!
Now…..I like my art to say something!
So I pulled out a set of Everyday Quotes 2
and stamped away.
A few of my finished cards….
I hope you have a FABULOUS DAY….
…..and be creative!
